Total Tabletop is an Australian retail store located at 244 Macquarie Street, Dubbo NSW 2830. This policy applies to all orders placed online and in-store.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Total Tabletop through our website and in store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Packaging and artwork may vary between print runs or suppliers. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on our website (including pricing and product information).
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. This does not affect orders already paid for. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched (excluding where a different arrangement has been confirmed with you in writing). Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where: the item is unavailable, discontinued, or incorrectly listed we suspect fraud or unauthorised payment there is a pricing or listing error.
If we cancel an order after payment is received, we will provide a full refund for the amount paid.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship Australia-wide only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout and are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Processing/dispatch times and delivery estimates are provided as guidance only. Delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control (including carrier delays, peak periods, weather, public holidays, or remote/regional delivery schedules). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
5. Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders will be made available for pickup once you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) when collecting. Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion (excluding any non-refundable preorder deposits where applicable).
6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges. We comply with Australian Consumer Law. This means you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described. We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item.
7. Preorders
Preorder items are clearly marked as “Preorder” and include an estimated release date where provided. Release dates and ETAs can change due to publisher, supplier, or shipping delays outside our control. If your order contains preorder items and in-stock items, the order may be held and shipped together once all items are available (unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed with you). Preorder cancellations are subject to our Preorder Policy (contained within our Returns/Refunds/Preorder Policy page).
8. Promotions, Discounts and Store Credit
Promotional offers may be available for a limited time and while stocks last. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. Store credit (if issued) is not redeemable for cash and is subject to any expiry terms provided at the time it is issued.
9. Product Availability
Stock availability is shown on our website but may change quickly. If you purchase an item that becomes unavailable due to stock errors, we will contact you to offer: a refund, or an alternative product (where suitable), or store credit (only if you choose)
10. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards/vouchers (if offered) can be used in accordance with any instructions provided at purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards/vouchers may not be able to be replaced. Gift cards/vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Total Tabletop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit) arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Privacy
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
