Total Tabletop is an Australian retail store located at 244 Macquarie Street, Dubbo NSW 2830. This policy applies to all orders placed online and in-store.

Where We Ship

Total Tabletop ships orders Australia-wide from our store in Dubbo, regional NSW. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We keep shipping simple with a flat-rate of $20 per order for standard delivery anywhere in Australia. Your total shipping cost is displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.


Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 business day for orders placed before 4pm.

Orders placed after 4pm are usually processed the next business day.

During peak periods, public holidays, or major TCG release weeks, dispatch times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, most parcels arrive within:

2–5 business days

for most metro areas

3–7 business days

for most regional areas


Delivery estimates can vary due to Australia Post delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control. Estimated timeframes for your order are shown at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days.


Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items are clearly marked on their product pages and include an estimated release date where available. Pre-order items are shipped once stock has arrived in-store and the product has officially released. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together unless separate purchases are made.


Tracking Your Order

All parcels include tracking through Australia Post. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can assist.


For damaged items:


Please keep all packaging


Provide clear photos of the item and packaging


Include your order number in your email


If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin an investigation with Australia Post.
