Pre-Order Policy

Total Tabletop is an Australian retail store located at 244 Macquarie Street, Dubbo NSW 2830. This policy applies to all orders placed online and in-store.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a product that is not yet released or not currently in stock at the time of purchase.


Pre-Orders are also subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.


Pre-order products are clearly marked on the product page and include an estimated release date where available.


Release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and may change without notice.


Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Placing a pre-order reserves stock for you subject to distributor allocation.


Release Dates & Delays

Release dates are determined by the publisher or manufacturer and may change.


If a release date changes, we will dispatch or make the product available for collection once stock is received in our Dubbo, NSW store and the official release date has passed.


We cannot guarantee manufacturer or distributor timelines.


Shipping of Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped once:


Stock has arrived in store, and


The official release date has passed (where applicable).


Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held and shipped together once all items are available.


If you require in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.


Shipping is Australia-wide via Australia Post at our standard flat shipping rate, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Customers may select Click & Collect at checkout.

Allocation & Supply Changes

In rare cases, distributors may reduce or cancel allocations. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to supply limitations, you will be offered:


A full refund to your original payment method, or


Store credit (your choice).


We allocate stock in the order purchases are received.


Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.


A 20% non-refundable processing fee applies to cover supplier commitments and transaction costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.


After 24 hours, pre-orders are generally non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.


Orders containing pre-order trading card products cannot be cancelled or amended within 5 business days of official release.


Returns

Pre-order products are subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.


We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.


Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
