Total Tabletop – Locker Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Agreement

Locker rental at Total Tabletop is a licence to use storage space within the premises. It does not create a lease or tenancy and does not grant exclusive possession of property.

All lockers remain the property of Total Tabletop.

2. Provision of Locks

Total Tabletop provides locks for all rented lockers. Customers are not permitted to use their own locks.

Total Tabletop retains a key to the provided lock for emergency and security purposes.

Replacement keys will be organised by Total Tabletop and charged to the customer.

3. Access and Security

Lockers may only be accessed during store trading hours.

Total Tabletop reserves the right to provide access to police or authorised authorities if required by law.

Lockers may only be used for storing personal belongings or hobby-related items.

The following items are strictly prohibited:

-Food or perishable items

-Illegal substances

-Explosives of hazardous chemicals

-Fuel, gas, or highly flammable materials

-Any item that may cause damage, odour, or nuisance

Hobby tools, paints, modelling supplies, and adhesives commonly used for tabletop gaming are permitted provided they are stored safely and securely.

Total Tabletop reserves the right to inspect a locker if misuse or safety concerns are suspected.

4. Rental Fees and Billing

Locker rental is available as:

$20 per month, billed monthly, or

$200 per year, paid annually in advance.

Invoices are issued through Total Tabletop’s billing system and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Payment must be received before locker access is granted.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of locker access.

Total Tabletop may adjust locker rental pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Non-Payment

If a locker rental invoice remains unpaid:

Reminder notices may be issued.

Locker access may be suspended.

Total Tabletop may open the locker and remove its contents.

Removed contents will be documented and stored securely for 30 days.

If items are not collected within 30 days, they may be disposed of or donated.

6. Unattended Items in the Store

Customers are not permitted to leave personal belongings unattended within the store.

Items left unattended will be stored in a secure location for 14 days. Where possible, the owner will be contacted.

Items not collected within 14 days may be disposed of or donated.

7. Responsibility and Liability

Items stored in lockers are kept at the renter’s own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Total Tabletop is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, water damage, vandalism, or any other damage to items stored in lockers or left unattended in the store.

Total Tabletop does not insure items stored in lockers.

Customers are responsible for arranging any insurance coverage they require for stored items.

Stored Item Responsibility

Total Tabletop does not record, verify, or maintain an inventory of items stored in lockers.

Customers are solely responsible for the contents placed in their locker. Total Tabletop makes no representation regarding the quantity, condition, or value of any stored items.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination by Total Tabletop

Total Tabletop reserves the right to terminate locker access where:

rental fees remain unpaid

store policies are violated

lockers are used for prohibited purposes

operational requirements require locker removal

Customers will be notified and given 7 days to remove locker contents.

Failure to do so may result in removal and storage of contents as outlined in Section 5.

9. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their locker rental at any time.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.

10. Agreement

A full locker rental agreement is completed in-store at the time of registration.

By renting a locker, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions
