Total Tabletop – Locker Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Agreement
Locker rental at Total Tabletop is a licence to use designated storage space within the premises. It does not create a lease or tenancy or grant exclusive possession of property. Lockers remain the property of Total Tabletop at all times.
2. Registration & Eligibility
Lockers are assigned by Total Tabletop staff.
Access is granted only after:
Registration details are completed,
These Terms & Conditions are accepted, and
Full payment has been received.
3. Fees & Payment
Lockers may be rented:
Monthly – billed on the anniversary date of signup, or
Annual – 12 months prepaid.
Payment is required upfront before locker access is granted.
Failure to pay by the invoice due date may result in suspension or termination of locker access.
Total Tabletop may change rental fees with reasonable notice.
4. Permitted Use
Lockers may be used only for storage of hobby-related and personal gaming materials.
Prohibited items include:
Food or perishable goods
Liquids
Illegal substances
Weapons
Flammable or hazardous materials
Items that may cause damage or nuisance
Total Tabletop may open and inspect lockers if misuse is suspected.
5. Keys & Access
One key is issued per renter.
Total Tabletop retains a master/spare key.
Lost keys must be reported immediately; replacement fees may apply.
Lockers may only be accessed during store trading hours.
6. Liability & Risk
Items are stored at the renter’s sole risk.
Total Tabletop is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, water damage, vandalism, or any other loss.
Insurance
Total Tabletop does not provide insurance for any items stored in lockers.
Renters are solely responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage if desired.
Renters should make their own enquiries with their insurer regarding whether their home and contents policy, portable contents cover, or any other policy provides coverage for items stored outside the home.
Total Tabletop makes no representation regarding the availability or adequacy of any insurance coverage.
7. Non-Payment
If payment is not received:
Access may be suspended.
A reminder notice will be issued.
If still unpaid after reasonable notice, Total Tabletop may open the locker.
Contents will be documented and stored for 30 days.
If items remain unclaimed after 30 days, Total Tabletop may dispose of, donate, or otherwise deal with the contents at its discretion.
8. Abandonment
Failure to respond to attempts at contact regarding overdue payment may be treated as abandonment.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the renter using details provided before disposal.
9. Police & Legal Compliance
Total Tabletop will comply with lawful requests from police or authorised authorities involving locker access.
10. Termination
Locker rental may be terminated:
By the renter with written notice, or
By Total Tabletop for breach of terms or non-payment.
No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
11. Amendments
Total Tabletop may update these Terms & Conditions.
